You can easily use David's music when creating an Instagram Reel, Tik Tok video or Facebook Post. David's music is already available on these platforms, so when adding music type in David Joseph Rofrano and then select from the songs that populate. This is FREE to you - no license is required.

you tube videos

Short YouTube Videos (under 12 minutes) - Non-Commercial Use. You may use David's recorded songs on any non-commercial Youtube Video of 5K views or less.  There needs to be a credit given on the video as follows:  “Song Title ________ Composed and performed by David Joseph Rofrano. www.DavidJosephRofrano.com Used with permission.” There is no charge, but you are encouraged to give an optional appreciation donation for use of the song (see license cart below). If you would like to increase your apprecation gift, increase the number of “items” in your cart. live stream and videos for churches

Live stream for church/worship services - Churches are allowed to stream David's music or use them in their live stream video presentations, youth group and children's ministry videos (providing they are not sold, but used as a church ministry to their community) for FREE. Credit should be given on the video as follows:  “Song Title ________ Composed and performed by David Joseph Rofrano. www.DavidJosephRofrano.com Used with permission.” The easiest way to do this is to purchase the Mp3 here, on Amazon Mp3 or iTunes and import into your video editing app. An appreciation donation would be appreciated. The set amount is $12.00. To increase that gift, increase the quantity in the cart. 

exclusions

EXCLUSIONS: We welcome use of David's music for projects with Christian, inspirational, motivational, health oriented and/or positive themes. David's music cannot be used or licensed in a project that is not appropriate or suitable for families, such as projects that contain violence, profanity, occult themes, nudity, drug use etc., nor can it be used under this license if the video will be resold or transferred not can the music be used on a CD that will be sold or re-recorded. There are separate performance licenses for such use. If there is. question, please contact us.
